FAQ: Regarding Visits

Q: Why do I need to fill out a waiver?

Answer: Waivers ensure the safety of you and your children. in case of emergency we need your contact information.

Q: Can I fill out a waiver before visiting?

Answer: Yes, You can fill it out on here at waivers.

Q: How do you clean the playground?

Answer: We disinfect using industrial disinfectant.

Q: Do adults need socks too? And what happens if I forget my socks?

Answer: Yes, adults need socks in case you need to enter play area with your child. We have socks available for sale for adults as well at $4.50 per pair.

Q: Can adults play too?

Answer: You have free range as a parent to play in every part of our facility to create a wonderful family experience.

Q: Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Answer: Yes. Guests have free access to WiFi.

Q: Is there a charge for adults?

Answer: One adult per group is free and each additional adult is charged $2.25. Also, each adult must have a signed waiver on file.

Q: Am I able to leave my child unattended in the play area?

Answer: All children must be accompanied by a guardian or an adult.

Q: Do your staff monitor the play area?

Answer: Yes, our staff helps to maintain a clean and safe play area. However, we highly recommend that you keep an eye on your child to guarantee their upmost safety.

Q: Once I have paid for entry, is there a time limit on playing?

Answer: Playtime is unlimited to all of our guests during regular business hours.

Q: Do you serve or offer food?

Answer: Yes. We have a cafe where we serve gourmet coffee and ice cream. We have pastries and pizza (cheese, pepperoni, sausage) sold by a slide. 

Q: Do you allow outside food?

Answer: Yes and No. We don’t allow outside food if you are coming for a daily play, but you are welcome to leave and then come back during the same day free of charge. If you book a party with us then outside food is allowed.

Q: I lost something at your facility! What should I do?

Answer: If you’ve lost anything at our facility call and let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to find it but can offer no guarantees. If found we will call to let you know as soon as possible and hold it until you can pick it up.

FAQ: Regarding Parties

Q: How/Where can I reserve a party room?

Answer: You can reserve a party room with us in person or over the phone. A deposit will be required two weeks prior to your reservation.

Q: Are deposits refundable?

Answer: No, but you are welcome to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule due to conflict we can offer a gift certificate for the value of the deposit to be used for daily admission and it good for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Q: Its been two weeks and I haven't paid my deposit, will my reservation be canceled?

Answer: Yes, We try to get in touch with you via email or phone to remind you of a deposit. If we don’t hear from you within the due date we will cancel your reservation.

Q: Can I reschedule my party?

Answer: Yes, please call or email to reschedule at your earliest convenience. We will send you a confirmation email. 

Q: If I have more kids than what my party package includes will I be charged more?

Answer: Yes, However if you are only 1-2 kids over what your party package includes then your current balance will remain the same.

Q: Can I use my own decorations?

Answer: Yes, We recommend giving us a heads up before your party, so that we can add a note in your reservation. We do not allow the use of silly string, glitter or confetti of any kind.

Q: How early can I arrive to my party?

Answer: This can vary, we strongly recommend giving us a call at (803) 226-0096 prior to your party.

Q: Can I bring in outside food for my party?

Answer: Yes! You’re allowed to bring in any kind of food and drinks for your party as long as it stays in the party room.
